How to quantitate yH2AX foci with ImageJ?

I am trying to quantitate my immunoflourescense pictures with imageJ. I have RGB pictures and split them, so that I only work on with the green channel picture. This one I invert so I have got small greyisch/blackish more or less distinct 'dots' (yH2AX foci) with few grey background in my nucleus. Now I want to quantify these 'dots'.
But I do not find a proper way to do this neither manually nor semi-automatic or full automatic.

Is there a tool to just klick on all the dots and get in result something like 'dots per nucleus'. Or even better way for semi or full automatic quantitation?
