The Position We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Associate to join our endeavor in basic neuroscience research and pursuit of innovative treatments for CNS diseases. The individual will lead in vivo studies that explore the basic mechanisms of nociception and evaluate the analgesic potential of novel therapeutics. This is primarily a hands-on laboratory job, with some lab operations management. In addition, the Senior Research Associate has the opportunity to provide strategic leadership in the selection of appropriate models, design of experiments and interpretation of complex data.

Who You Are We are seeking a Senior Research Associate who is rigorous, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Applicants should have a PhD in a relevant field, with 2-6 years of working experience. The successful candidate will have a record of high-quality scientific publications that demonstrate expertise in in vivo models of sensory neuropathy and nociception. Candidates must be able to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and communicate with collaborators with diverse scientific backgrounds.
