Postdoctoral fellowship to study the role of nuclear receptors at IMT

At the Institute of Molecular Biology and Tumor Research (IMT), Philipps-University Marburg, Germany, the position of a postdoctoral scientist is available for a period of 6 years, starting in July 2012 (salary up to remuneration group E14/Hessen).
The successful candidate is a highly motivated scientist with a doctoral degree in the life sciences and will join a research team working on the function of nuclear receptors (PPARs) in tumor cells and macrophages.

Research experience in transcriptional/chromatin regulation and molecular tumor biology is a prerequisite. Active participation in teaching molecular biology to students of human medicine and human biology is expected.
