Postdoc positions: lymphocyte signal transduction;immune regulation

Job Title:      Postdoc positions: lymphocyte signal transduction;immune regulation

Job Description

Positions are available to study the regulation of signal transduction in lymphocytes by protein ubiquitination (Immunity, 33:60-70, 2010; J. Exp. Med. 207:1381, 2010). We are using mouse models and molecular approaches to study the deficiency of E3 ubiquitin ligases in the development, differentiation, and activation of leukocytes, and their role in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases using mouse models of arthritis, allergic airway inflammation, tumor metastasis, and diabetes. Prior experience in handling of mouse models, and in molecular and cell immunology techniques, plus a strong background in immunology are desired.
