Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in a programme funded by the Medical Research Council, to work on developments of intracellular antibody technology within the group of Professor Terry Rabbitts. The projects will involve the isolation and use of antibody fragments as drug surrogates to inhibit intracellular protein-protein interactions resulting from chromosomal translocations.
Candidates must have a PhD in molecular biology. Experience of Llama antibody phage, intracellular antibody screens and with immuno-assays is essential. Experience with Next Generation Sequencing is desirable.
The post is available full-time and fixed-term until 31 July 2017.
