Marie Curie Fellowship-Predoctoral Position in Laser-matter Interaction

Autonomous University of Madrid offer Marie Curie fellowship. A Predoctoral position for working in laser-matter interaction. Scholarship Description: We offer a Predoctoral position for working in laser-matter interaction. This is a Marie Curie fellowship offer within the International Training Network CORINF (Correlated Multielectron Dynamics in Intense Laser Fields). The position will start by September 2013.
Number of awards offered: One fellowship is offered.
Duration of award(s): University offers 17-months pre-doctoral fellowship.
What does it cover? Gross annual salary amounts to minimum 37.000 € (subject to deduction of the contribution to the social security of the employer and the employee, and the national income taxes) plus contributions to the mobility and travel expenses.
Selection Criteria: The selection will be made on the basis of demonstrated knowledge in:
1. Computational physics/chemistry methodologies and techniques
2. Theoretical atomic and molecular physics / Quantum Chemistry
3. Excited states; ultrashort laser pulses
4. Programming skills and code development
