The University of Minnesota, Department of Pediatrics, seeks a postdoctoral associate for NIH-funded research in the area of GVHD and post-transplant immune recovery. Current GVHD studies are directed toward induction and use of regulatory T-cells and blockade of T-cell activation and migration. Current immune recovery studies are focused on thymus and lymph node regeneration.
Successful applicants will have an M.D. and/or Ph.D. degree and a track record of accomplishments and expertise in manipulating immune cells. Highly desirable is additional experience in regulating T cell responses to foreign antigens. Excellent facilities are available in the University of Minnesota Cancer Center. Salary will be competitive.
