SIBCB is a basic research institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and is rapidly expanding. The faculty at SIBCB is committed to an interdisciplinary approach to investigate fundamental questions in modern biology. We are seeking investigators interested in diverse aspects of molecular and cellular biology, including but not limited to cell biology, developmental biology, signal transduction, epigenetics, stem cells, non-coding RNA, structural biology, mouse models of cancer and immune disorders. Salary is highly competitive and housing subsidy will be provided. The positions offer excellent laboratory facilities, substantial start-up funds, and the opportunity to work with outstanding Ph.D. students and postdoctoral fellows. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree and at least four-year postdoctoral training, and should have sufficient research experience to demonstrate both significant accomplishment and outstanding potential. Successful candidates are expected to develop independent, extramurally funded research projects and to participate in graduate and postdoctoral training programs.
