Sr. Director - Global Sales
  • Exceed quarterly and annual operating plan tied to revenue and EBITA targets
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to position the company for sustained long-term international growth, especially in key low cost regions like China, Russia, Southeast Asia, Western Europe, India and Latin America.
  • Manage, develop and coach PEA’s global sales force to ensure success in each region
  • Foster teamwork and create a positive work environment for a disparate global sales force
  • Lead and develop a dynamic and creative sales infrastructure that fits the needs of our business and the products we provide our customers
  • Partner with the Business Development, Product Management and Marketing groups to synchronize sales strategies around existing or future product sales and drive internal discussion about ideas, new opportunities and the best methods for achieving success in a changing marketplace
