coating bacterial outer membrane proteins on latex beads for agglutination

hi all.
presently i am working on pasteurella outer membrane proteins . i have raised hyperimmune serum against pasteurella . now i want to test these sera with microsgglutination test. antigen i have is omp, a soluble antigen so in order to make it particulate antigen i have to bind or adsorb it on latex beads(0.8um)
so i invite ideas and exper comments on
1. how much conentration of protein and latex beads should i use
2. protcol if any body has don it successfully.
3. if some body has faced any problem during adsorbing protein on latex beads then give suggessions

thank you all
