Perform FACS on C. elegans eggs

Good afternoonI´d like to isolate a subset of C elegans' eggs by flow cytometry (sorting). Some of the eggs would be green (GFP), and my intention is to sepparate them from the normal set. I would use a BD FACSCalibur cytometer. Any hints, advice, reference will be very much appreciated.Many thanks in advance! Pablo
