Sourcing Fresh Blood Samples

Can anyone point me in the right direction to source fresh blood samples for cancer studies?  Specifically blood from non-treated patients with stage IIIb / IV non small cell lung cancer?  There must be commercial and non-profits in the US and UK but I am having a hard time finding them.

Hi Rob,

Hi Rob,
I found this article on a new technique called CTC (Circulating Tumor Cells) Chip tracking used on patients with non small cell lung cancer. It looks like the technology is still in trials but has shown to be effective at finding 99% of circulating tumor cells (the source of metastisis). I can't find a company but here is the name of the research team "MGH BioMEMS Resource Center."
Here are a couple of links that have more information.

Is this the kind of info you are looking for?

Thnks so much Omai!

Thnks so much Omai!
CTC was all the rage a few years ago (the company was snapped up by J&J) and is now used a lot in colon cancer (FDA 'recognized') and in breast cancer. Going all over the place now. I saw a presentaion at AACR by the guy who invented this lab on a chip thing. He uses syntetic antibodies (mega-cool).Unfortunately I can't remember his name right now.
The ones above are currently throwing a lot of money at my friend in France so I'll convince him to take a close look at it.
I'm still in search of commercial or non-profit sorces of fresh samples, so maybe these guys will know.
I really appreciate your help Omai!
