Hi, everyone!
Do you know TALEs?
As far as I know, Transcription Activator-Like Effectors (TALEs) are proteins that bind to DNA in a sequence-specific way. By fusing such a TALE to a Nuclease (a "TALENs"), a highly specific DNA scissor is made. The TALENs technology has become a powerful approach for genome editing in a number of animal models.
But what are its benefits?
Easy and ready to use;Fast and time-saving;Effortless, trusted results.
And what else?
If you have any ideas, please share with us!
Or, if you have any questions about it, or you have experiment on it, please let me know.
I will be very glad to help you.
Anyway, any replies are welcomed!
Best regards,
Dianna
