How to detect T-RNA at sequence level?

Dear All,

Kindly suggest me the possible charterstics of t-RNAs , which can be futher used for the detection of t-RNA sequence from high-throughput sequencing data.
Thanking you.

Hi gopal

Hi gopal
u can use splits software.....
SPLITS: a new program for predicting split and intron-containing tRNA genes at the genome level

I have downloaded but it does

I have downloaded but it does not suites with high-throughput data.

You can try tRNAscan-SE (http

You can try tRNAscan-SE (http://lowelab.ucsc.edu/tRNAscan-SE/) or ARAGORN (http://130.235.46.10/ARAGORN/) to detect tRNAs. Check out these web pages to find out more about what each program is detecting to find the tRNAs- tRNAs have highly conserved sequences/structures that make these programs able to pull out many tRNAs.
