All the genomes in the room!

Here's a little fun topic.  I hope this will get some great ideas out of people...

Imagine you are sitting in a crowded food court in a typical shopping centre.  Now imagine that you have the complete genome sequence of every living (or once living) thing in there.  So, the Lactuca sativa in your salad (lettuce), the Sus domestica (ham) being eaten by the person next to you, the Xenopsylla cheopis (rat flea) on the rat at the McDonalds across the way... :-)  What are some other things that contain DNA you might find at the food court?  What would you do with all this information?  How would you use it?
