CRISPR is the sequence naturally found in bacterial DNA, working together with CRISPR (Cas) nucleic acid enzymes to guide RNAs to protect bacterial genome against being invaded by targeting specific sequence detected phage.But how can the disease be treated with the use of CRISPR/Cas 9?

CRISPR/Cas9 allows scientists to genetically modify the genomes of various species. The ability of CRISPR/Cas9 to delete DNA sequences enable us to treat genetic diseases that are caused by genetic mutations. ( It is becoming more and more widely used now a days to treat the genetic disorders as the technology adnaces. In fact, in a very recent trial , researchers were able to reverse some diseases in mice by just altering the phenoptype through epigenetic editing and at the same preserving the  DNA inetegrity.
