problems with quantitative analysis by using Bruker - LC MS system

I have a refurbished LCMS system. Relatively old year 2000/1 model sBruker Esquire-LC. an ion trap mass spectrometer equipped with both electrospray (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) ion source. The sample introduced by HP/Agilent HPLC coupled for LC-MS analysis. Unfortunately I can not achieve stable/ reliable quantitative analytical results, in most cases I got a strongly fluctuated calibration curves, and it was happened with different type of matrices or analyts, can you help me to explain why and what could be the source of this problem.

HAve you tried contacting the Technical support staff from BRuker? I believe that should be the best option for you as of now.

thank you for prompt reply ;

thank you for prompt reply ; this is the first thing i did to contact with the company; but they are very slow and based on my experience they are now looking for the local representative to activate him in aim to make a contact between us, obviosly  they see me as very good candidate to buy a new equipment.
unfortunatly the local dealer is representing also other producers and bruker is at the end of the line.
