It is written in the article FXIII (25 microL at 37.5 microM) in 20 mM borate.
How can I calculate the amount of FXIII that I need?
I think you'll need to supply a bit more information here.
Do they add 25uL of stock concentration to certain volume of borate buffer to get final concentration of FXIII of 37.5uM? If so you'll need to know the concentration of the stock solution and the volume of buffer being made up.
Or is it 25uL of a 37.5uM stock being added to borate buffer. If so you still need to know the volume of borate buffer and it is unusual to have a stock solution with such a strange concentration.
Thank you for yor kind reply.
Now there is anothere queation, is there any difference between ammonium bicarbonate and ammonium bicarbonate buffer?
