Does anyone know if there are some good courses where you can learn modeling and/or molecular dynamics simulations for the non-experienced user??

I would take a look at local university curriculums. Many will have these types of introductory courses you are looking for.

Thanks for this. Indeed I know that several universities have this in their curriculum, however, if I would want to follow these courses it would mean that you would have to go there once or twice a week for one hour. So what I really would be interested in would be a 1 or 2 weeks course, or summercourse.
Any help is welcome though!
