I was just wondering whether anyone could offer me any help or refer me to resources about using Mathcad for microarray analysis.

hmm no but www.tigr.org has freely available solutions for microarray analysis. If that helps! I do know mathcad has a bioinformatics component doesnt it?

Out of curiosity, why do you want to use Mathcad? Most of the stat/math types that I know that work with array data use R and the biologists typically use off the shelf complete solutions like GeneSpring.

That is a good point. Depending on what exactly you are trying to do, it is quite likely that it has been implemented in the Bioconductor package of R. Do you have specific reasons for avoidng R Ben?

No reason other than that I've never used it before. As far as languages specifically designed for stats go, everyone in the know seems to like it. I suspect it might be a bit a of a pain to embed R routines in real software distributions (ie for use by non informaticians) but I really don't know.
