hi,

Actually i have problem withexpression of my two genes. The first one is 14kd, i used BL21 not Bl21 (DE3) as a expression host.  i got bands in 14kd and its confirm by western blott. The second gene is 24kd, i perform expression and i got very sharp bands in 14kd also like the first gene, when i do western blott i detect these bands in same size 14kd. So now i dont know why i got 14kd bands in second gene and if these bands (first and second gene) relative to mine.

I realy need help.

Thanks,

Laith
