Is anyone familiar with cyclic peptides that block intetrin binding and function as antigonists to cell-cell or cell-matrix interactions?

I'm not familiar with intetrins. Are they cell-cell/cell-matrix adhesion molecules related to integrins?

If you mean integrin, cyclic peptides have been tried for some time. They are better than linear peptide, but not as good as Antibodies. Hard to synthesize as well.
