Does anyone have experience with functional studies involving monoclonal antibodies against CD152? These would be cellular assays such as MLR and other measures of T cell activation.

CD 152 is a T cell marker involved in the inhibition of the immune response. They are monoclonal Abs anti-human CD152 in the market. A functional assay using these monoclonal antibodies will be designed to show their inhibitory effects usually by incubating T cells with the monoclonal antibodies and do a proliferation study.
