To those that always wanted a light about compensation in flow cytometry, please check the website http://www.drmr.com/compensation/

All information is provided by Mario Roederer, who have a lot of experience with this matter.

Thank you so much Fujiwara for this post, I needed very badly some references regarding compensation in flow cytometry and I have them now, thank you again.

You're welcomed! I'm glad to help. If you want another reference, you could check the book Practical Flow Cytometry, by Howard Shapiro (Ed. Wiley-Liss). There you will have a good explanation about it.

FYI--You can get free access to the 4th ed. of Shapiro's book here:

http://probes.invitrogen.com/products/flowcytometry/practicalflowcytometry.html

You have to register w/ Invitrogen, but they haven't bothered me w/ anything yet.
