Please help! How can I get rid of IVIG drug given to a patient from the serum in order to be able to detect HLA antibodies? Is anyone there to answere?
Unfortunately, most IVIG are both IgM and IgG. Both bind the monocytes and some B cells through FC receptor. Yes, they bind non-specifically and cause a high background. Other suggestions?
