Hope someone can help with this. We have an ABI 3730 and are trying to use it for both sequencing and fragment analysis.

The machine is really set up for one or the other, and when we use a 50cm capillary it will only let us use a sequencing matrix.

Has anyone managed to get around this problem? We're in discussions with ABI regardingthis but so far, no luck. Sorry for posting this in more than one forum but we're desperate!

Did you get help with this? I realise the posting is old, but we should be able to help....we do both (and SNPlex on same polymer/capillaries)

Thanks for the offer. We managed to get around with some files that ABI sent to us - I didn't personally get it sorted but I know it does work now.

How are you getting on with SNPlex? In a few months time I think we'll be giving it another go.
