Hope someone can help with this. We have an ABI 3730 and are trying to use it for both sequencing and fragment analysis.

The machine is really set up for one or the other, and when we use a 50cm capillary it will only let us use a sequencing matrix.

Has anyone managed to get around this problem? We're in discussions with ABI regardingthis but so far, no luck. Sorry for posting this in more than one forum but we're desperate!

Problem solved. ABI have supplied some files to fix the issues. If anyone else has the same problem, feel free to contact me.
