any suggestion what is the suitable media for this cell? actually iam thinking of using DMEM + 10%FBS +1%Pen/Strap..is is ok? and by the way iam also thinking of changing the DMEM with RPMI media..is it possible?what is the difference btwn DMEM and RPMI media?please help...thank you
