The Open Stem Cell Journal is a new journal being launched in 2009.
Aims & Scope:
THE OPEN STEM CELL JOURNAL is an open access online journal, which publishes original full length and short research articles (letters), on all aspects of basic and clinical research on stem cells.
THE OPEN STEM CELL JOURNAL, a peer reviewed journal, aims to provide the most complete and reliable source of information on current developments in the field. The emphasis will be on publishing quality articles rapidly and freely available worldwide.

The Open
Stem Cell Journal publishes papers using the copyleft, in other words "
Authors who publish in Bentham OPEN Journals retain copyright to their work."
I've been informed that the first
paper has been accepted for publication although at the time of this posting, I've not been able to access it yet on the website.
