I am a freshman to research in B-cell filed.could I ask some skill questions?

1. Is the major B-cell exists in mantle zone resting B-cell? how to sort this subtype B-cell?

2. Is vitro stimuli (such as CD40L, LPS) used to differentiate B-cell into plasma cells only in the development of pre-GC plasmablasts, not in post-GC?

3. Can Bcl6 express and involved in T-independent formation of germinal center?

4. How to sort mouse memory B-cell (with CD38/IgD/ B220 or CD138/B220?)

5. How can I sort FDC cells from mouse spleen?
