Scintillation proximity assays (SPA) are commonly used for quantitative measurements of second messenger targets such as: cAMP, cGMP etc.
Can we use SPA to measure the mechanism of signal transduction? What are the radioisotopes of choice for such assays. We need to fund and start a project that involves signal transduction measurements and we are puzzled to find the best methods available. Thanks

to get possible target you can use enhancement or blocker of target but to quantify radioisotopes can assist.
