I am studying a phosphorylated site of a receptor which activated by agonist. Now I isolated the phosphorylated receptor, can I identify the phosphorylated site of the receptor by mass spectrometry(such as MALDI-TOF-ms/ms or HPLC-MS/MS)?

Thanks!
