Are there any other users of the Axoporator 800A (Axon instruments/Moleculardevices) out there apart from myself and the Rae group who have any tips for success?

In particular - what's the largest plasmid you've managed to transfect?

What is the maximium concentration of nucelic acid anyone has gone up to before it becomes toxic or transfection has failed?
