i am doing IHC on mouse brain sections. the antibody i am using gives wonderful results with DAB but i do not get any signal when use the same antibody for fluorescent detection. My entire protocol for both the staining types is the same, except that i quench for DAB and do an additional signal amplification step with streptavidin in it. But i do not get any signal under fluorescence.

Please help.
