Hi.I work with C. elegans. I am looking for antibodies which would recognise C. elegans aquaporin-1. It is more similar to human aqp-10 than other aqp. So far I have not been able to find any which would work. If somebody has worked with aquaporins, I would like their help. Maybe I have missed a polyclonal antibody or a pan-AQP Ab. Hi varsha,Here is a link to a page of aquaporin abs. None of them say they are specific to C. Elegans, but they may be worth a try. The company might send you a free sample to confirm reaction in another species. Its worth a call. Here is the link:http://www.abcam.com/index.html?pageconfig=searchresults&search=aquaporin&sk=prod&sv=1&sn=Primary%20antibodies&l=0&fViewMore=1Omai(I'm gonna move this post over to antibody based technologies to see if we can get another response)
