Can anybody tell me about there observation using K252a a kinases inhibitor, works as RTK inhibitor at 200nM , and not blocking Mapk activation. Thanks
save: K252A, K252B, staurosporine, directly from the manufacturer.Visit K252A from Fermentek
So, it means if a system which allows Ca++ entry will not be compatible for using K252a as a blocker of Trk Receptor, what else can one use to check the receptor Trk B involment?and does anybody have observed that MAPK is blocked using K252a and at which conc.?Thank you
