Ok,
I have tried 0.5 M Methyl mannoside,
10 mM EDTA,
0.5 M Methyl mannoside pH 4.0
0.5 M methyl mannoside pH 2.0
4M Urea
20% Ethanol
all in sodium acetate buffer containing various amounts of NaCl, CaCl2, MnCl2 and MgCl2
