Hello Everybody,

I' m working in phage display using fd Pro-phage, I synthesized a library by direct mutagenenesis and I'm using the non-suppressor E. coli ABLE K strain to eliminate the Wild type but I found it in the library, how can I eliminate definitively the Wild type of my library?
