I am working with dynamos and need the working principle behind it.... I wanted to know of there is anyone who can explain to me what exactly it is and how it works... Thanks a million!Dominique.
If you are referring to the generators of electrical current then you should start reading some of these pageshttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynamohttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynamo_theoryhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrical_generatorhttp://physics.nmt.edu/~dynamo/What/http://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/182624/electric-generatorhttp://www.metacafe.com/watch/912594/simple_electric_generator/http://www.nationmaster.com/encyclopedia/Electrical-generatorhttp://www.absoluteastronomy.com/topics/Electrical_generator
If I produce a current using a dynamo, then can the current be stored or does it have to be used immediately? And if it can be stored, then how?
A battery
But an electrolyte battery generally takes a long time to charge, sometimes 6 hours, so I'm not sure if the short time interval of charging will give enough energy to the battery that can be tested...
