If I produce a current using a dynamo, then can the current be stored or does it have to be used immediately? And if it can be stored, then how?

But an electrolyte battery generally takes a long time to charge, sometimes 6 hours, so I'm not sure if the short time interval of charging will give enough energy to the battery that can be tested...
