i am a bioinformatics student in WKU. i was trying to find some examples that can be used to illustrate and test each of the major areas of vector NTI:
Nucleic Acids - restriction enzymes and digestions, primer design, ORFs and translation, automated cloning.
Proteins - All of the protein characteristics
Sequence Assembly - reading and editing sequence chromatograms, assembly project, contig generation.

please help me in finding them incase you have any idea about the topic.
