General Description:
The Assistant Director will be responsible for providing technical and managerial leadership and expertise to the Disinfection Research group that conducts basic and applied research with focus towards identifying new over-the-counter products. They will act as an advisor to subordinate supervisor or staff members to help meet established schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Doctorate degree within Microbiology and 8-11 years experience.
* Scientific publications and achievements with accomplishments in positions of leadership
* Experience with model development and applied microbiology related to biofilms and disinfectants
* Familiarity with device microbiology is preferred
