Hi! I'm looking for protocol for co-localisation of F-actin and CD95 at the rim of nuclei of liver cells. However, chemical and cryo-fixed can't give good result to show exact localization of both molecules. Does anyone have any suggestion to tackle this problem? Can imaging live cells be done for this case? but how can it be done on liver tissue? Please advice. Thank you.
