Hi, I'm new at this forum, I was looking for some explanation to adjust the I-V curve from AChR... I need the equation to adjust it and obtain the single channel conductance... I've read that is done with the Boltzmann equation, but I don't know how...
If somebody can explain me how, or recommend some specific papers to learn about it, I'll be gratefully
