It is not possible for a female to impregnate another female by natural means and as far as I am aware there are no methods legal or otherwise available to artificially combine two female gametes to create healthy progeny.

Its only one possibilities that one woman could adopt child or give birth by IVF and raise child with another woman. Other wise nature has not mistake to reproduce by same sex in human. But in namatode/worms one alone can reproduce and possible to give eggs/young ones.
