Hi everyone!

Does anyone knows a good page och article which summarises and compares all the different technologies out there for different purposes.

Lets say for example what is best to use if you have 10 SNPs in 5 individuals, 100.000 SNPS in 1000 individuals, in terms of speed, cost, accuracy and so on. I need information about all from amplification to genotyping. Comparing of techniques like Golden Gate, 454, Sanger,..

If there is such information summarized, please tell me!
