Hi all,

My new boss has assigned me a challenging project. He wants to look at the H2AX complex in irradiated mice using mass spec. I think one way to look at this is to use ChIP to purify chromatin. Obviously I know very little about this so I am digging for info.

a) Would this help isolate the H2AX complex

b) What would the yield be? Sufficient for MS? (ie 100ng of target protein).
