Description
LamdaGen Corporation is a rapidly growing California-based developer of proprietary optical biosensors.

We have an attractive opening for an Experienced Biochemist with significant background in the commercial development of diagnostic assays.

The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with ELISAs (enzyme linked immunosorbent assays) and other immunodiagnostic techniques. Focus will include development of binding assays, immobilization protocols, preparation of biosensor surfaces and the performance of assays involved with development for the Company's POC diagnostic platform.

Requirements .
. Biochemist or Immunologist with a PhD and at least five years specific experience in the development of immunodiagnostic assays in a commercial environment.
. Prior work with analytical and diagnostic instrumentation, biosensors, lateral flow, and/or colorimetric assay development.
. Strong quantitative intuition, plus excellent experimental design and data analysis skills.
. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
. Flexibility, creativity and an internal-motivation to succeed.
