Would someone out there be helpful enough to let me know how to calculate spermatozoa insemination volume for IVF. Say fresh sperm is added into a 400 microlitre of HTF. After 1.5 hrs incubation, 10 microlitre of the stock is added into 90 microlitre of HTF medium. The total count of sperm is 40 x10(6).
