Description:
We are seeking a Ph.D. degree scientist with mass spectrometry background to join the Analytical Biochemistry Group, which is part of Regeneron's multidisciplinary Protein Science and Preclinical Development Department. The candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment; interact with other groups within or outside department and support research and discovery programs, bioprocess development, formulation development and manufacture campaigns. The candidate will focus on the biochemical characterization of therapeutic protein candidates in all stages of development, and develop "top-down" and "bottom-up" LC/MS based methods for glycosylation and other PTM analysis on proteins.

Experience:
Requirements: The ideal candidate would have a Ph.D. in Analytical Biochemistry, or related discipline, and have 1-3 years of postdoctoral experience in the application of mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography, preferably on biological samples and in particular proteins and peptides. Experience with proteomics and protein-protein interaction is a plus. We are looking for someone with creativity, good communication skills and the willingness and ability to work as part of a larger multidisciplinary team of scientists.
