The lab I'm writing my thesis for, wants me to make a comparison of the two methods, SSP and SSO, for HLA DRB 3, 4 and 5 typing.

They have until now used SSP, but wants to start using SSO for this purpose. But still use SSP as a helping tool if nessesary.

I'm also to validate both methods. How ever this is totally new to me so I feel a bit lost.

I'm thinking the methods in general,sensitivity/specificity, advantages/disadvantages etc..

I'm also thinking about ergonomy, work positions and workpositions..

Or any other approaches, so if you could help it would be highly appreciated!:)
